I love seeing the gratification a user gets when a person interacts with or uses the end product of goods or services.
My experience in sales and customer service has given me the opportunity to engage with individuals from a wide range of cultures, which has made it simple for me to comprehend the wants and thoughts of a user. Because of this, I'm passionate about using my work to provide happiness and joy to these people. Through participating in an online UX/UI certificate program, I have gained a great deal of knowledge about the UX/UI process.
